OASE states the floodlight, driver, and cable can be used in water up to 4 meters deep. The same page lists a service life of more than 36,000 hours.

EasyPro’s page for the LED6WW lists 6 watts and a 12-volt system. It lists a 2800–3000 K warm-white LED, a 95 CRI, a 60,000-hour rating, and a 20-foot quick-connect cord. EasyPro says the light may be used in or out of the water, and is not approved for swimming pools or spas.

Keep power hardware dry, and use only the voltage the maker lists.

Wired pond lights are low-voltage fixtures, so they still need a dry transformer and a listed outdoor receptacle. EasyPro’s LED6WW page names the MT10, MT20, or EPT45 transformers.

Aquascape’s 6-Watt Spotlight page requires a 12-volt transformer. OASE’s LunAqua Power LED W INT page requires 24 V DC and a driver. OASE also says the driver must not sit underwater in a swimming pond.

Use this placement order before you bury any cord.
